Ordering and Shipping Policy

At HIMAWARI, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our terms and condition should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll read our reservation and payment term. 1.)    Reservation of Order:

a.    After placing your order, we will inform you via email or text within 24 hours if the item/s you have selected is available for reservation.

b.    As we have confirmed your order, we will send you email and text messages that the order is already reserved or if your order is not available for that moment. Your order/s will be reserved immediately-valid for 48 hours if the item is available. To avoid cancellation of your order, you have to settled your payments within the reservation time

2.)    Payments Terms:

a.    Since your items will be reserved for 48 hours, you will just have to settle the payment by your chosen mode of payment while ordering.

Items will take 2 to 3 days to process upon confirmation of payment.

For Philippines customers, shipping is around 4 to 6 days.
For International customers, shipping via express is via 3 to 6 days.
