Shipping depends on your location:

  • Southeast Asia: FREE SHIPPING

  • Vietnam: $40.00 

  • Australia: $30.00

  • U.S.A. and CANADA: $20.00

  • Rest of the World: $40.00

  • Maximum of 3 bags per pouch for the above shipping rate

 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, FREE shipping applies for a minimum amount purchase for selected locations.

 

  • U.S.A. and Canada: $60.00

  • Southeast Asia: $30.00

  • Rest of the World: $200.00

*Customs, duties, and traxes are shouldered by the customer and will depend per country's customs policies and minimums.

 

 

How long is the shipping time?

We ship EXPRESS globally. Shipping time is around 3 to 7 business days. Add an extra day if you order during the weekends or holidays. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Metro Manila, Philippines.

1.) Reservation of Order:


a.    After placing your order, we will inform you via email or text within 24 hours if the item/s you have selected is available for reservation.

b.    As we have confirmed your order, we will send you an e-mail that the order is already reserved or if your order is not available for that moment. Your order/s will be reserved immediately, valid for 48 hours if the item is available. To avoid cancellation of your order, you have to settle your payments within the reservation time.

2.) Payments Terms:


Since your items will be reserved for 48 hours, you will just have to settle the payment by your chosen mode of payment while ordering.
